Kaitlin+Skylar Maternity {Provo River Trail, UT}

This is my good friend Kaitlin and her husband Skylar.

They are due to have a little boy in the middle of August.

It's funny, actually, because back in January Andrew and I announced to our friends that we were pregnant.

Kaitlin and I had chatted in previous months about how we were both trying to get pregnant.

But it was mutual that we wouldn't tell each other RIGHT when we got pregnant, in case something happened.

So we were all together out to eat in January, and I just kind of blurted out that I was pregnant.

Kaitlin smiled/laughed, said congrats and throughout the evening kept sneaking looks to Skylar.

I think I remember Brillante asking, "Are you guys pregnant too??" And Kaitlin just said "no, no we're not."

Well, later that night we went back to Brillante's apartment to play some games,
 and while we were having a girl pow-wow in the back room,
she told us she actually WAS pregnant!
But it was a big secret because she wasn't very far along.

It has been SO great to have someone to talk pregnancy and baby stuff with.

We have become a lot closer because of it, so these last 8+ months have been a lot of fun:)

And of course I LOVED taking their photos.  This post might be a bit long because I'm having a hard time narrowing down which photos are my favorites.

You are going to have one good looking little boy!

Shanna's Maternity (Provo Canyon, Utah)

Shanna and her husband Mark went to the Hogar del Niño a year ago as volunteers,

which is how I met them.  

They did such an awesome job while they were there!

Shanna and I kept in touch through facebook and our blogs since last summer,

 and when she contacted me to photograph her to capture her pregnancy,

I was incredibly honored!

Shanna and Mark will be having a little boy in NO time!

She is due at the beginning of June, 

but it sounds to me like she is ready for him to come out now

and is not hesitant to help speed up the process!

Isn't she seriously one of the most beautiful pregnant girls you have ever seen?  

She truly does glow! 

The whole "glowing pregnant woman" is no myth.

I can't wait to meet the little one soon!

A: See what I mean about the glowing complexion?  GLOWING! 

B: I love the color of the water in the second photo.  Shanna braved the freezing cold river.  What a champ!

Look at that belly button popping out.  I am jealous that my belly button hasn't popped!  I think it's so cute:)

Cutest little shoes EVER, and that adorable little lamb was Marks from when he was a baby.

And in no time I'll posting photos of baby Warr! Can't wait!

Merrick and her soon-to-be

Merrick is the most beautiful pregnant girl I have ever known. She has the cutest bump, and can still (almost) wear skinny jeans. Tell me, who do you know who can do that at nearly 8 months preg?

I had the greatest time with her and her little soon-to-be son, who you will all get a glimpse of come April! Thanks Merrick!
