Westbrook family

I seem to forget what I do and don't post.  Here is a family session I did at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina.  The Westbrook family was a DREAM to photograph.  They are just as kind as they are beautiful! westbrook1.0 westbrook2 westbrook3 westbrook4 westbrook11 westbrook9 westbrook5 westbrook7 westbrook10 westbrook8

The Lee Family {Orem, UT}

Lee1 Lee2 Lee3 Lee4 Lee7 Lee5 Lee8 Lee6

An adorable family!  Isn't their little girl the cutest?  Those teeth KILL me!  They are so so stinkin' cute.  And Cook's Greenhouse off of the Orem 1600 North exit is so beautiful.  It was cloudy and cold outside, but a warm, humid jungle inside.  I'll photograph there any day.  Thank you Lee family!  You were awesome!

Madsen Family {Marietta, GA}

While I was in Georgia, I photographed this awesome family.  It was a spring-like rainy day, and I loved every second of it.  I love a good foggy, rainy day, and the Madsen's were laughs and smiles throughout it all.  Thank you!

Atlanta Visit

I visited my sister in Atlanta, GA for a week, and I had so much fun.  We did fun girl things like thrifting, and crafting (briefly), photo taking, hair cutting, zoo tripping, etc.  It was such a fun, laid back vacation--just my style.  I loved it!  I'm ready for another visit to Georgia!!!

Knudsen Family [Marietta, GA]

I visited my sister a few weeks ago, and I loved every little minute hanging out with her and her family.  She's due with her 3rd little boy in May, and I plan to make time to fly down when he's born to take more photos (and of course, to meet him!).

You're wondering why I included a big mechanical KFC chicken, huh? Why not? It is world famous after all...;)

The Whiteds

I have photographed for this family a couple times in the past (here and here), and I just love these guys.  Photographing them is a cinch and they even let me photograph however I want.  You see, John contacted me shortly before Thanksgiving asking if I could photograph his family before the holidays.  I, of course, said yes because I really like working with this family.  He mentioned that he had to coordinate a lot of schedules and wondered if I could photograph at night, and I said yes if he wouldn't mind me photographing him in the studio.  And so, his whole clan came to have their pictures taken and I had such a fun time with it!  While I usually prefer natural light, I also like working with studio lights as well.  There is a sense of accomplishment when it comes to working in a studio.

Anyway, enough talking, here are the photos!
